Construction
Management: Plan, order materials and supervise construction of
USHfH houses during construction.
Work Crew Leaders: Assign work tasks and train new volunteers.

Work with local congregations to raise awareness of the regional need for affordable housing, and share housing ministries. |

Prepare newsletters, displays, plan events, and contact media sources. |

Family Support
Serve as a liaison between partner families and construction management. Counsel and support the family as they become first time home owners. |

Site Selection
Work with realtors, government officials and banks to research and identify potential home sites. |

Family Selection
Seek applicant families, review applications, interview families, and recommend families to the Board. |

Volunteer Management
Coordinate volunteer work parties for construction and non-construction activities and refer names to the database manager. |
